Useful Features
Learning strengths, challenges and adjustments used in Individual Education Plans (IEPs) are managed and updated via configurable Phrase Banks.

Accommodation adjustments can be configured based onĀ NCCD adjustments.

Example of adjustments in universal design (UD).

Record evidence of adjustments provided during class, including the ability to upload lesson plans. This is done by exception, i.e. the user only has to turn off the adjustments not provided on the day for the class or an individual student, reducing the administration burden.

The class accommodations report compiles the adjustments required for each student to assist teachers in lesson planning and instructional delivery. This saves teacher's time as they no longer need to read through individual education plans to try and compile this information manually.

Data from the system can be used to understand the level of support being provided to students and provide data to inform where additional funding may be required, e.g. the number of students and their level of adjustment counted in NCCD reporting vs those that are not (Non-NCCD).

Non NCCD adjustments.
